Payments Account is linked to your Amazon Account. To create a new Payment Account, you must either (a) register using your existing Amazon Account, or (b) complete the registration process for new users by entering all of the required information. If you register using your Amazon Account, the information in your Amazon Account will be used to complete the registration information for your Payment Account.

To make a payment from the website, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Amazon Payments account.

2. Click on the Send Money tab.

3. In the Send money to field, enter the e-mail address or alias of the recipient.

4. In the Amount field, enter the amount to send to the recipient.

Optionally, consumers can include a note to help you organize your payments. The notes are visible to both you and the recipient.

Amazon Payments users can send money to individuals even if the recipient does not yet have an Amazon Payments account. New users must register with Amazon Payments to accept payment or to send and withdraw funds they receive.

Payments sent to unregistered users require the recipient to accept the payment after they have registered for an account. If the payment is not accepted within 30 days, the payment is returned to the sender
