The customer will register online, and provide name, address, phone number (2x mobile + fixed), ID number (passport/driving license/ID card). A payment instrument (prepaid, debit or credit) will also be provided. This information will then be validated: for KYC there may be a two stage procedd (CDD to EDD) depending on the country and the validity of the information provided.
